Great hurricanes! What happened here?
Don’t adjust your monitor or call the optometrist for an appointment; we have a revamped site! While you were sleeping, our webmaster Patrick designed a new user-friendly format for Project: Katrina Hope. It has a few great new features I’d like to point out to you.
First, this blog makes up the homepage, so you can easily catch all of the updates from our organization. I am hoping that it makes my note-writing much more frequent. Also, any of you can provide feedback in the comments section under each blog entry. Feel free to interact!
Next, take a peak at the “How to Help” tab. There, you’ll find a tool that makes supporting Project: Katrina Hope as simple as a few clicks. We’ve added a “Donate” button courtesy of PayPal, which allows you to securely and quickly use your credit card to help out the organization, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. This beats any hassle of sending a check in the mail, and all of the money goes to Project: Katrina Hope.
Lastly, check out our new section entitled “PKH Gear”. Our t-shirts are now on display, and you can get one by printing off and mailing in the order form. Within a few weeks, we’ll make it even easier by creating an entirely online system…But if you just can’t wait to sport your Project: Katrina Hope shirt, here’s your chance to show off your pride.
I hope you enjoy the changes we’ve made to the site, and don’t hesitate to leave us any notes on how we’re doing.
With hope,
Gretchen
