It was a pleasure to accompany Gretchen as she headed to the Katrina-stricken Gulf Coast to complete her documentary. I am extremely proud to tell people why I am here at Camp Hope alone...because my daughter was so inspired with her first volunteer trip to NOLA that she initiated an organization to promote more volunteers to come and help. What an unselfish use of one's talents and skills. Thank you, Gretchen, for the opportunity to be able to come and work once again.
